Shipping:

All items are shipped via your selected shipping method within the stated time frame from the date of your order. Please refer to our shipping page for instructions on how to check tracking and how to contact USPS. 

 

Personalized Products Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to enjoy your personalized items, and we work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing process. We're always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get you what you need.

 

Personalized Products Warranty:

All Personalized Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material one it leaves our shop. If you have an issue please reach out to us within 3 days from date of delivery. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or during shipping.

Handmade Disclaimer:

All items are handmade and may vary slightly in size and color. Each individual piece has its own unique character. 

Returns & Exchanges:

No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was personalized, including custom size, custom color, personalized engraved or custom built. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any personalized product we've produced.
